1. Agreement to Terms

- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Not be located in a Restricted Jurisdiction (see Section 3)
- Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law
3. Restricted Jurisdictions
The Service is not available to residents or persons located in:

4. Account Registration
4.1 Account Creation
You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Not share your account with others
4.2 Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all activity under your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
5. The Service
5.1 Description
ProbStack allows users to place parlay bets on prediction market outcomes. A parlay is a single bet combining multiple independent outcomes; all selected outcomes must resolve favorably for the bet to win.
5.2 No Single Bets
ProbStack offers parlay bets only. We do not offer single-outcome bets.
5.3 Market Information
Market information, including odds and outcomes, is sourced from third-party prediction markets (primarily Polymarket). We do not guarantee the accuracy of this information.
5.4 Settlement
Bet settlement is based on the official resolution of underlying markets as determined by our data sources. Our settlement decisions are final and binding.
5.5 Voided Bets
We may void bets in cases of:
- Technical errors affecting odds or placement
- Market cancellation or invalid resolution from source
- Suspected fraud or manipulation
- Force majeure events
Voided bets are refunded (stake returned) without interest.
6. Deposits and Withdrawals
6.1 USDC Only
The Service operates exclusively in USDC (a US dollar stablecoin) on the Polygon network. You are responsible for understanding how cryptocurrency works.
6.2 Deposits
You may deposit USDC by:
- Transferring USDC to your unique deposit address
- Purchasing USDC via MoonPay (card payment)
MoonPay deposits are subject to MoonPay's terms and KYC requirements. Minimum deposit amounts may apply.
6.3 Withdrawals
You may withdraw your available balance to any valid Polygon wallet address. Withdrawals are processed within [X] hours under normal conditions. We reserve the right to delay withdrawals for security review.
6.4 Fees
- Deposit fees: None (you pay network gas fees for USDC transfers)
- MoonPay fees: Charged by MoonPay (approximately 3.5%)
- Withdrawal fees: Network gas fees (typically < $0.01 on Polygon)
6.5 No Interest
Account balances do not earn interest.
7. Betting Rules
7.1 Minimum and Maximum Bets
- Minimum bet: $5 USD equivalent
- Maximum bet: $100 USD equivalent (subject to change)
- Maximum potential payout: $1,000 USD equivalent per parlay
7.2 Parlay Requirements
- Minimum legs per parlay: 2
- Maximum legs per parlay: 10
- All legs must be from different markets
7.3 Odds and Payouts
Displayed odds include our spread. Odds may change between quote and placement; if odds move significantly against you, the bet may be rejected.
7.4 Bet Acceptance
All bets are subject to acceptance. We may decline bets at our discretion, including when exposure limits are reached.
8. Risk Disclosure

Prediction market betting involves substantial financial risk. Parlays can lose 100% of stake. By using the Service:
- You acknowledge that you may lose some or all of your deposited funds
- You understand that past performance does not predict future results
- You agree to bet only with funds you can afford to lose
- You acknowledge that cryptocurrency values can fluctuate

9. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Use the Service if you are in a Restricted Jurisdiction
- Create multiple accounts or use another person's account
- Engage in fraud, collusion, or market manipulation
- Use automated systems or bots without authorization
- Attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities
- Harass other users or our staff
- Use the Service for money laundering or illegal purposes
We may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activities.
10. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by ProbStack and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Odds or market information will be accurate
- The Service will meet your expectations
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROBSTACK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Lost profits or lost data
- Damages arising from your bets or trading decisions
- Actions of third parties (including MoonPay, Polymarket, or blockchain networks)
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have deposited in the past [X] months.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ProbStack and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
14. Dispute Resolution

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Active bets will be settled according to normal procedures, and remaining balance may be withdrawn.
17. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ProbStack
- Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect
- No Waiver: Failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later
- Assignment: You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them freely
